Regence is a powerful alt rock band with evocative lyrics and hard driving musical intent. Their sound seems so familiar to this child of the 90's but their songs are uniquely their own, The band hails from the Charlotte area and I'm surprised we don't hear more about them on this side of the state, hopefully that changes with their performance at Carolina Indie Fest Saturday, May 13th. Would love to see some of their shows closer to the Triangle.
