Welcome crafty vendors! Carolina Indie Fest has one of the easiest load in/out of any festival you'll go to - you can literally drive to your spot & then park less than a five minute walk away! Two day vending is easy as we hire security to watch over your belongings from Friday night into Saturday.
While you can choose to vend on one, or both, days we will give preference to vendors with handmade goods who want to vend two days. This reduces chaos of load in on day two of the event.
We are seeking original work and will not approve applications for Scentsy, Pampered Chef, or other such MLM vendors.
The Details
Vendors will want a tent and a light source. Expect a 10ft x 10ft spot without access to electrical or water. We need to be notified if you intend to use a generator. You may purchase additional spots.
As of Fall 2025 all vendor spots are $75/day. This is a nonrefundable fee as the event is rain or shine. For profit & nonprofit service providers may purchase sponsorships at the Super Fan level ($850) and above to get vendor spaces.
Applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis and we will give preference to crafty vendors with handmade items & two day vendors. If selected you will receive an invoices for the vendor fee, those can be paid by credit card or you can come to Hugger Mugger Brewing (229 Wicker Street, Sanford, NC) and pay with check or cash. There will be a service fee for processing payment by credit card.
