Introducing ... Trash Van Fever
Trash Van Fever is the kind of hot mess you like. The band, who perform a style they call "punkgrass", call their method of performing "controlled chaos". Great description because as you listen to Trash Van Fever it seems at any point their music might veer into something completely different, or just dissolve into cacophony as each instrument leaves the melody and takes on its own direction.
Like any good independent band, Trash Van Fever is an experience. These are all talented musicians - drums, fiddle, guitar and stand up bass are the backbone of their sound - and their songs are often attention grabbing amongst some cheekiness and (possibly) snark. Perfect to be heard on stage on a late September evening, Trash Van Fever take the stage on Friday, September 25th at 7:30pm.
