On the Road Promoting Indie

It was a great day to get the word out about Indie Fest today! My whirlwind tour began on air at 7:45am with the incomparable Gilbert Baez in Fayetteville on WFNC 640AM then off to Sanford with John and Margaret Murchison (who always asks the right questions) at WFJA.

Then on to Raleigh at the studios of CBS 17 for a My Carolina segment. A big thank you to George and Jack the Radio for coming in to play an awesome set before our segment. Everyone at WNCN TV was welcoming and on point with their hospitality - what a great experience, a tip of the cap to them.

We’ll let you know when the My Carolina segment will air & I’ll share the segment with Gilbert as well when that comes available. We got into some interesting things in the time we had! And yes, those are some “file photos” with Gilbert & Margaret - as seen with shirts from Indies past.
