Every Carolina Indie Fest has ten indie bands performing on stage, dozens of crafty vendors and a hand picked selection of food trucks. I say hand picked because there is no application process for these trucks to be a part of the festival, they only get here by invitation.
On May 10th we welcome NC Burger, Food Truck, Pana's flavors, Fat Bob's Tacos, Umami Bistro and MoonRunners Food Truck to the fest. Joining them will be Millie's Mama Bakes-Official who have the distinct advantage of driving from next door. You will find a lot of great selections from these trucks, and maybe some you haven't tried before (ostrich tacos anyone?)
